DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7314 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7314 <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30, <br /> Town of Berry described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4; thence North 220 feet; thence N65°30' East 72.50 feet along the centerline of a <br /> town road; thence South 650 feet; thence East 334 feet; thence South 217.80 feet; thence <br /> West 400.00 feet; thence North 617.80 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
