DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7315 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7315 TO RH-2: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Berry described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 30; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence S69° West 1414 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31; thence North 550 feet along said West line and the West line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30; thence East 550 feet; thence South 268 feet; thence N69° East 825 feet; thence South 71 feet to the point of beginning ALSO: A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Berry, described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 31; thence South 960 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 360 feet; thence West, 960 feet, thence North 73.5 feet; thence N68° East, 324 feet; thence N72° East, 369 feet; thence N83° East, 310.3 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2: A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 30 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31; Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 30; thence South 960 feet; thence S83° West, 310.3 feet; thence S72° West, 369 feet; thence S68°West, 324.3 feet; thence South 73.5 feet; thence West, 355.4 feet; thence North 1006 feet; thence N70°20' East, 1390.5 feet; thence South 70 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1xa),(b),(c).
