DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7319 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7319 Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 12; thence North along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 26 feet more or less to the North line of Drotning Road and the point of beginning; thence continue North more or less 400 feet; thence West, more or less 380 feet; thence South, more or less 400 feet to the aforesaid North line of Drotning Road; thence East along said North line, 380 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 1. Rezone area be reduced from 3.5 acres to 2 plus acres with town approval of CSM which shows driveway placement I \*/)\\I A0\9) The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
