DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7319 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7319 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 12; thence <br /> North along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 26 feet more or less to the North line of <br /> Drotning Road and the point of beginning; thence continue North more or less 400 feet; <br /> thence West, more or less 380 feet; thence South, more or less 400 feet to the aforesaid <br /> North line of Drotning Road; thence East along said North line, 380 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Rezone area be reduced from 3.5 acres to 2 plus acres with town approval of CSM <br /> which shows driveway placement <br /> I \*/)\\I <br /> A0\9) <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
