DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7295 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7295 <br /> A part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of CSM#8786;thence N87°49'35"East along the <br /> Northerly line of said CSM#8786, 355.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N87°49'35"East along said Northerly line, 250.00 feet;thence N83°37'16" <br /> East along the Westerly line of said CSM#8786; 283.84 feet to the centerline of CTH U;. <br /> said point being the point of curvature of a 2248.17 feet; radius centerline curve to the <br /> left; thence Northwesterly 270.30 feet along the arc of said centerline curve making a <br /> central angle of 06°53'20" and a long chord of 270.14 feet that bears N55°37'26" West; <br /> thence S26°04'27"West, 437.24 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> , \\C\Qb - <br /> k', `P <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
