DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7303 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7303/1514 Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 17; thence S89°40'27"East along the South line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17, 1325.91 feet; thence N00°06'08"East along the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 330.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 00°06'08"East along the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 132.00 feet; thence S89°40'27"East, 330.00 feet;thence S00°06'08" West, 132.00 feet;thence N89°40'27" West, 29.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 10.00 feet; thence N89°40'27" West, 70.00 feet; thence S00°06'08"West, 10.00 feet; thence N89°40'27"West, 95.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 5.00 feet; thence N89°40'27" West, 121.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office.of a Dane • i i Register of Deeds.
