DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7303 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the A-2(2) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7303/1514 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 17; thence S89°40'27"East <br /> along the South line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17, 1325.91 feet; thence <br /> N00°06'08"East along the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 330.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence continuing North 00°06'08"East along the West line of the SE 1/4 of <br /> the SE 1/4, 132.00 feet; thence S89°40'27"East, 330.00 feet;thence S00°06'08" West, <br /> 132.00 feet;thence N89°40'27" West, 29.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 10.00 feet; <br /> thence N89°40'27" West, 70.00 feet; thence S00°06'08"West, 10.00 feet; thence <br /> N89°40'27"West, 95.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 5.00 feet; thence N89°40'27" <br /> West, 121.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Also, commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 17;thence S89°40'27"East <br /> along the South line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 17, 1325.91 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence N00°06'08"East along the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, <br /> 330.00 feet; thence S89°40'27"East, 121.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 5.00 feet; <br /> thence S89°40'27"East, 15.00 feet; thence S00°06'08" West, 5.00 feet; thence <br /> S89°40'27"East, 95.00 feet; thence N00°06'08"East, 10.00 feet; thence S89°40'27" <br /> East, 70.00 feet; thence S00°06'08"West, 10.00 feet; thence S89°40'27"East, 29.00 feet; <br /> thence S00°06'08" West, 330.00 feet to a point in the South line of the Southeast quarter <br /> of said Section 17; thence N89°40'27" West along the South line of the Southeast quarter <br /> of said Section 17, 330.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office.of a Dane • i i <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be n •s i void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> �t <br /> t • <br /> ti ,� <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
