Apparently <br /> Rhonda&Kurt are unable to file a Farm Plan to permit a new SFR without rezoning. The area <br /> designated for SFR/farmette use will be 4.7 acres(no CSM). Before they sell the farm to Kurt& <br /> Rhonda,Kenneth and Blanche wish to transfer 1.765 acres to Bret&Sue Blake,their other son and <br /> daughter-in-law, who own 2.131 acres immediately West of the proposed RH-2 parcel along Mid- <br /> Town Road(Lot 1, CSM 6447,rezoned to RH-1 06/25/1991.) Bret's parcel would then be 3.896 <br /> acres total. The remaining A-1EX land owned by Rhonda and Kurt would be 57+- acres. <br /> Soils: 20%Class I-II, 70%Class IV, 10%Class V-VIII <br /> Uses: 100%Cropland <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7296.
