DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7296 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in th,RH-2 Rural Homes District's the following described land: _ i 4 ti ci PETITION NUMBER: 7296 Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of the said Section 5; thence v East 285.00 feet to the quarter corner of the said Section 5; thence East 285.00 feet to the,"s. I' ;.quarter corner of the said Sectoot .thence East 285.00 feet to the Northeast c er of 0- �0µ tom#6447, and the point of beginning; thence East 150.00 feet; thence South 5120 feet; 4 �~ thence West 150.0 feet; thence North 512.50 feet to the point of beginning. Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-2: Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of the said Section 5; thence due East along the Section line 435.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 142.00 feet; thence South 992.33 feet; thence West 292.00 feet; thence North 479.83 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM#6447; thence East 150.00 feet; thence North 512.50 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c).
