DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7296 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7296 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of the said Section 5; thence <br /> East 285.00 feet to the Northeast corner of CSM #6447, and the point of beginning; <br /> thence East 150.00 feet; thence South 512.00 feet; thence West 150.5 feet; thence North <br /> 512.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of the said Section 5; thence <br /> due East along the Section line 435.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 142.00 <br /> feet; thence South 992.33 fyet; thence West 292.00 feet; thence North 479.83 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of CSM#6447; thence East 150.00 feet; thence North 512.50 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> \\\N <br /> 0 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c). <br />
