Jacobson&Leola Foti(Dane County Zoning Division, agent), Medina 23 <br /> Remove Deed Restriction of Previous Rezone Pet 5390 <br /> Pet 5390 by the Bertha Wolf Estate for rezone of 6 acres from A-1EX to RH-2 was <br /> approved by the ZNR Comm. 07/14/1992 subject to Town-requested"restriction <br /> prohibiting any residence on the balance of the [Bertha Wolf Estate-owned] land." A <br /> Deed Restriction document prepared by the Dane County Zoning office was recorded <br /> 10/15/1992. However,the legal description on the Deed Restriction document was for <br /> the 6 acres,not for the remaining 129+-acres of the Bertha Wolf farm. <br /> The 6 acres zoned RH-2 with Deed Restriction was subsequently sold to Ron <br /> Wolf, along with 42 acres of A-1EX Exclusive land. (Jim Herman bought the remaining <br /> 83+-acres of the Bertha Wolf Estate.) Ron Wolf now wishes to remove the"no <br /> residence"restriction on the 6-acre parcel. Dane County Zoning is processing the <br /> application for him because of our error in preparing the Deed Restriction document for <br /> Rez 5390. <br /> Note: Jacobson also has a pending--Pet 7195 —for 1.5 acres immediately West of the RH-2 parcel. <br /> Rezoning to C-1 for a new greenhouse business is approved pending recording of a Deed Restriction <br /> limiting use to a"greenhouse business and related sales only." Deadline 09/07/1998. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7297. Pending further comments at the public hearing,this petition appears reasonably <br /> consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic. etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
