WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Medina described as <br /> follows: Lot #1, CSM 6901 found in Volume 34, Page 230 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, <br /> to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
