I recommend that you make a copy of the <br /> form after it has been signed and notarized. The original must be left with the Register of Deeds for <br /> recording,but they will also stamp the copy. You can then forward the copy to this office. <br /> This office will have no objection to the proposed addition/remodeling once the affidavit has been <br /> recorded. I am alerting the Dane County Zoning office of this fact by copy of this letter.
