The proposed culvert replacements (12 in total) are a very simple process and will not <br /> cause erosion or storm water management problems. The newly improved drainage will be <br /> stabilized with erosion mat at the bottom and at the side slopes. <br /> The disturbance must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. <br /> The expansion of the existing riprap will be completed as shown on Page #22 of the plan. <br /> Time Schedule: <br /> DATE ACTIVITY <br /> April 1, 2004 Install all erosion control practices;build the storm water <br /> management controls; begin grading and dig the pool; start <br /> construction. After each section of the ditched is finished, all <br /> disturbed areas will be seeded within 48 hours. <br /> September 1, 2004 Restore the bare spots. End of construction. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. The permit will expire on the end of construction date included in the plan, <br /> and can only be amended prior to permit expiration. <br /> This review is only for the requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of Ordinances. Other <br /> approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a permit card from the Dane County <br /> Zoning counter and display it on the site prior to disturbing ground.
