The agent/operator(Payne & Dolan) contacted staff to suggest a change to <br /> recommended condition#7. <br /> That condition suggested that the applicant repair CTHs A and D to the satisfaction of the <br /> Highway Commissioner if repairs become necessary as a result of hauling. Payne and Dolan's <br /> contract with DOT for the STH 69 and 92 projects requires that they repair all haul roads "to a <br /> condition equivalent to that which would have prevailed had such hauling not occurred." Staff <br /> has a copy of that contract on file. <br /> In light of this contract,the following change to proposed condition 7 is acceptable to both <br /> Planning staff and Payne and Dolan. <br /> 7. The primary haul route for trucks leaving the operation shall be Storytown Road to CTH D, <br /> CTH D to CTH A, and CTH A to the STH 69 and STH 92 job sites. If <br /> - -•-•• - . repairs to CTH D and CTH A are necessary as a result of <br /> hauling from the hot-mix plant site, as determined under provisions of the operator's contract <br /> with WisDOT,the operator shall repair such highways : .
