DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7157 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1 and R-1 A Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7157 R-1A: Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 19; thence S00°00'00'W, along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 1492.50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00°00'00" W, along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 198.10 feet; thence S88°05'57'W, 270.51 feet; thence N00°00'00'E, along the Easterly line of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 5691, 198.10 feet; thence N88°05'57'E, 270.51 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 19; thence S00°00'00'W, along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 1690.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S00°00'00'W, along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 426.93 feet; thence S88°05'57'W, 270.51 feet; thence N00°00'00'E feet along the East line of Certifed Survey Map No. 5691, 426.93 feet; thence N88°05'57'E, 270.51 feet to the point of beginning. R-1: Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 19; thence S00°00 00'W, along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 2117.53 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S00°00'00'W along the East line of the said Northwest 1/4, 164.22 feet; thence N88°00'00'W along the North line of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 7911, 270.53 feet; thence N00°00'00'E, 80.00 feet; thence N90°00'00'E, 130.00 feet; thence N88°05'57"E, 270.51 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERII}IED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County % Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of e recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning.
