APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Cornwell/Hendrick to approve the minutes of the March 17, 1998 Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee meeting. <br /> M. PUBLIC COMMENT: <br /> Supervisor David Wigenowski addressed the committee with respect to the Town of Burke town action reports <br /> which were not available for committee action at the march 24, 1998 public hearing. <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 1. PETITION#7157-Approved at previous meeting. <br /> 2. PETITION#7158 by Tommy and April Nakielski to change the zoning from RH-2 Rural Homes to RH-1 Rural <br /> Homes and C-2 Commercial on property located at 663 Muller Road in part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4 Section 15,Town of York. . <br /> Motion Hendrick/Anderson to impose a deed restriction limiting the uses in the C-1 Zoning District <br /> to item(o)and the C-2 uses shall be limited to item(d)excluding the sale of new and used mobile homes; <br /> arried 7-0. <br /> Motion Hendrick/Anderson to approve as amended;carried 7-0. <br /> 3. PETITION#7159 by Jeffery A. &Candace J. Sutter to change the zoning from A-1 EXExclusive Agricultural <br /> to RH-2 Rural Homes on property located East of 1921 East Blue Mounds Road in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> Section 36,Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Anderson to postpone action to a future meeting; carried 7-0. <br /> 4. PETITION#7160 by Nola C. Contrucci to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes on property located West of 8972 Domini Road in part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 32,Town of <br /> Cross Plains. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Salkin to approve;carried 6-0. Cornwell absent. <br /> 5. PETITION#7161 by Wayne&Roberta Westphal to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to <br /> A-2(1) Agricultural on property located East of 3832 State Highway 78 in part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 19, <br /> Town of Cross Plains. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Anderson to approve;carried 6-0.
