DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7161 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7161 <br /> Located in the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Cross <br /> Plains, described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of the North 1/2 of the NW <br /> 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, thence southerly along its West line 275 feet to the point <br /> of beginning: thence continuing southerly along said West line 208.71 feet; thence easterly <br /> 90° to said West line 208.71 feet; thence Northerly parallel to said West line of said <br /> Section 19 208.71 feet; thence Westerly 90° to said North line 208.71 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
