A portion of North Towne,including the subject parcel,currently has a transitional zoning of <br /> A-3 Agriculture.The subject parcel is located at the southeastern portion of North Towne. <br /> The intent and purpose for the rezoning is to allow the development of a 128,000 s.f distribution facility on <br /> the subject parcel. This proposed use is consistent with other development in North Towne and requires a <br /> zoning of C-2 Commercial.
