DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7260 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District's the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER#7260: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 32, Town of Windsor, described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter <br /> corner of said Section 32; thence N89°14'54"East, 90.94 feet; thence N00°45'16"West, <br /> 175.49 feet to the North right-of-way line of highway 19; thence N89°34'05"East, along <br /> said right-of-way 952.92 feet to a point of curve and the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence Northwesterly on a curve to the right which has a radius of 25.00 feet <br /> and a chord which bears N45°09'46"West, 35.52 feet; thence N00° 06'23"East, 589.30 <br /> feet; thence S89°53'37"East, 1093.68 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Highway <br /> 51; thence S21°30'05"West along said right-of-way line, 568.27 feet; thence S55°16'51" <br /> West along said right-of-way line 136.85 feet to the North right-of-way line of Highway <br /> 19; thence S89°34'05" West along said right-of-way line 748.84 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c). <br />
