DEED RESTRICTION <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> Following restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> 1 . That there shall be no further residential development on <br /> parcels 0510-172-8500, 0510-172-8050, 0510-172-8725, 0510-172- <br /> 9000, 0510-172-9560, 0510-172-8030, and 0510-172-8010. <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Berry <br /> described as follows : Beginning at the East quarter corner of <br /> said Section 17; thence N00°12' 34" East along the Section line <br /> 1006. 02 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM #740; thence along <br /> said CSM N88°01' 21" West 150. 17 feet to the Southwest corner <br /> thereof; thence along said CSM N00°16' 00" East 305. 37 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner thereof; thence S89°42' 00" West 400. 19 feet; <br /> thence S02°40' 04" West 706. 61 feet; thence S02°37' 48" East 611 .39 <br /> feet; thence N89°46' 43" East 550. 00 feet along the East-West <br /> quarter line to the point of beginning; <br /> IV. The restrictions provided for herein shall be enforceable at law or <br /> equity against any party who has or acquires an interest in the <br /> land subject to the restriction by the following parties who are <br /> named as grantees, promisees and beneficiaries with enforcement <br /> rights: <br /> (a) The County Government of Dane County, Wisconsin provided that the <br /> lands are under the jurisdiction of zoning ordinance of said County <br /> at the time the enforcement action is commenced; and <br /> (b) The Town Government of the Town Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> provided that the lands are within the governmental jurisdiction of <br /> said Town at the time the enforcement action is commenced. <br /> (c) The owner (s) of record of any land/s which are located within 300 <br /> feet of the subject site. <br /> V.
