DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7261 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7261 Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, all in Section 6, Town of Berry described as follows: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 6, thence N88°57'48" West a distance of 118.50 feet along the South line of the NE 1/4 said Section 6; thence S00°00'00"West a distance of 369.11 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S51 051'44" West for a distance of 214.95 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet and an arc length of 169.59 feet, being subtended by a chord of S76°11'52" West for a distance of 118.52 feet; thence S79°57'47"West for a distance of 168.08 feet; thence S13°21'57" East for a distance of 122.62 feet; thence S02°51'13" East for a distance of 32.80 feet; thence N90°00'00" East for a distance of 419.69 feet; thence N00°00'00"East for a distance of 342.37 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
