DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7261 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7261 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, all in Section 6, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 6, thence N88°57'48" West a <br /> distance of 118.50 feet along the South line of the NE 1/4 said Section 6; thence <br /> S00°00'00"West a distance of 369.11 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S51 051'44" <br /> West for a distance of 214.95 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of <br /> 60.00 feet and an arc length of 169.59 feet, being subtended by a chord of S76°11'52" <br /> West for a distance of 118.52 feet; thence S79°57'47"West for a distance of 168.08 feet; <br /> thence S13°21'57" East for a distance of 122.62 feet; thence S02°51'13" East for a <br /> distance of 32.80 feet; thence N90°00'00" East for a distance of 419.69 feet; thence <br /> N00°00'00"East for a distance of 342.37 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> r�rr <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c). <br />
