DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7165 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7165 <br /> A parcel of land located in the W 1/2 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of <br /> Blue Mounds described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 2; thence N 00°42'07" East along the West line of said NW 1/4, 1476.86 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of Dane County Certified Survey Map #8354; thence N 89°47'37" East <br /> along the South line of CSM #8354, 364.58 feet; thence N 87°44'01" East, 78.97 feet; <br /> thence S 49°33'53" East, 128.58 feet; thence S 12°16'26" West, 834.49 feet; thence S <br /> 32°55'08" East, 391.92 feet; thence S 09°45'30" West, 239.55 feet; thence N 89°45'42" <br /> East along a line parallel with and 15 feet North of the South line of said Northwest <br /> quarter, 2087.97 feet to the East line of said Northwest quarter and the centerline of <br /> Bergum Road; thence S 00°36'31" West along said East line and centerline, 15.00 to the <br /> center of Section 2; thence S 89°45'42" West along said South line, 2642.26 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> r <br /> 1 i a <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
