a ' <br /> TOWN OF MEDINA <br /> MARSHALL, WISCONSIN 53559 <br /> Dane County Planning&Development <br /> Zoning Division <br /> Room 116 City County Bldg <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> January 31, 1998 <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> In regards to the recent zoning petition#7083 and the requirement for William Kuhl to resubmit <br /> for this zoning change the Town of Medina would like to clarify the following: <br /> The Town of Medina stipulated and Mr. and Mrs. Kuhl agreed to the stipulation that a deed <br /> restriction be placed upon all remaining parcels on their farm. <br /> A Certified Survey Map was submitted to the County which was not submitted to the Town <br /> Board. This CSM created two lots whereas the Town Board was given the impression that only <br /> one parcel was being created. <br /> The County upon review of this CSM placed a restriction on second lot of the CSM only. <br /> The Town Board did not find this acceptable and requested a change be made in a letter dated <br /> January 7, 1998. <br /> Whereas the County is requiring Mr. and Mrs. Kuhl to resubmit for this zoning change the Town <br /> is stipulating up front their requirements for this rezoning. This is to facilate this process for the <br /> Kuhl's as per my discussion with Steve Reynolds on January 29, 1998. <br /> The Town stipulates the following restriction: <br /> There shall be no residential development on the balance of the farm or the 35+ acres created by <br /> this Ordinance without such residential development being approved through the rezoning <br />� iv process.
