DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7167 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-1 Residential Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7167 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 27; thence West along the South line of <br /> the SE 1/4 SE 1/4, 800 feet to its intersection with the centelrine of Missouri Road and the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue West 200 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 280 <br /> feet to the aforesaid centerline of Missouri Road; thence S45° West along said centerline, <br /> 183 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> There shall be no residential development on the balance of the farm or the 35+acres created by this Ordinance <br /> without such residential development being approved through the rezoning process. Parcels affected by this <br /> restriction are: 18-0812-263-8000-6, 18-0812-263-8500-1, 18-0812-271-9500-9, 18-0812-274-8000-3, <br /> 18-0812-274-9500-6. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
