The lights shall be hooded to cut down on the <br /> light splashing away from the ski slopes. <br /> 2.Hours of operation of the downhill lighting shall be limited to 11:30 PM when the facility is open for <br /> recreational purposes. However the lighting may be continued beyond this hour when the facility is not <br /> open to the general public for non-revenue generating activity, eg:team practice.
