DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7267 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-1 and R11-2 Rural Homes <br /> District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7267 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Oregon described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner; thence SO4°16'01" West 340 <br /> feet; thence East 80 feet to the center of Judd Road and the point of beginning; thence <br /> East 800 feet; thence South 600 feet; thence West 680 feet to the center of Judd Road; <br /> thence Northerly along Judd Road to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Oregon described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section 7; thence <br /> SO4°16'01"West 600 feet to the point of beginning; thence SO4°16'01" West 481.10 feet; <br /> thence East 200 feet t othe center of Judd Road; thence Northerly along Judd Road 500 <br /> feet; thence West 260 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
