DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7269 <br /> tar 11°' Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7269 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Springfield, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 31; thence West <br /> along the South line of said 1/4/ 1/4, 983.50 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue West along the South line of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4, 342 feet thence North alogn the <br /> East line of Sunrise Ridge Estates, 1016.70 feet; thence East 594.5 feet; thence South, <br /> 379.3 feet; thence West 233.0 feet;thence South 636 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CoNc T RH-1 Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 31; thence West <br /> R- I along line of said 1/4 1/4, 750.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> „ 05 West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 233 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence East <br /> 233 feet;thence South 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> 460: County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED, <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
