CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Johnson at 7:30 PM in room 201 City-County Building. II. PUBLIC COMMENT: Jerry Derr addressed the committee regarding the Dane County Towns Associations disappointment with the approval process pertaining to Ordinance Amendment #34, SUB #1. (P U D Districts). III. PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS: 1. PETITION#7242 by Conrad D. Skoyen to change the zoning from B-1 Local Business to R-3 Residential on property located at 3412 Furey Avenue in part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 05,Town of Blooming Grove IN FAVOR:J. Sieling OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC TOWN: Town has approved with no conditions. Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve;carried 5-0. 2. PETITION#7243 by Kevin&Peggy Gunderson to amend the Deed Restrictions imposed by Rezone Petition #6025 regarding driveway location in the RH-1 Rural Homes District on property located at 4203 County Highway A in part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16,Town of Rutland. IN FAVOR: K. Gunderson OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC, DC HWY TOWN: Town has approved with conditions. Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to amend deed restriction of petition#6025 to allow driveway relocation as specified by the town;carried 5-0. Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve as amended;carried 5-0. 3. PETITION#7244 by Allan&Barbara Ripp Statz to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-1 Rural Homes on property located at 4890 Carya Road in part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 32,Town of Berry IN FAVOR:B.Ripp-Statz OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC TOWN: Town has approved with no conditions.
