PETITION#7255 by Robert Jenkins to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-1 Rural <br /> Homes,and RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at 5374 Netherwood Road in part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section <br /> 03,Town of Oregon. <br /> IN FAVOR: N.Jenkins <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> STAFF: RPC <br /> TOWN: Town has approved with conditions. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve the petition with the following conditions as requested by the <br /> town; <br /> 1).That the driveway location be consistant with the wishes of the town. <br /> 2). CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1503 by Larry Burcalow to allow hot-mix asphalt plant for State Highways <br /> 69&92 highways project on property located at 1067 Storytown Road in part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17, <br /> Town of Oregon. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Wallace <br /> OPPOSED: None <br /> STAFF: RPC <br /> TOWN: Town has approved with conditions. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to approve the Conditional Use Permit with the following <br /> conditions as requested by the town; <br /> 1).Permit valid August thru October of 1998. <br /> 2). Permit valid only for Highway projects(S.T. H. 69&92)and will terminate at the completion of <br /> projects. <br /> 3)All other necessary governmental agency approvals shall will be obtained. <br /> 4)All county and town ordinances shall be adhered to. <br /> 5)Construction access road shall be paved. <br /> 6)Site will have tanks located within a containment area protected by an impervious membrane. <br /> 7).The only gravel used shall be from within the site. <br /> 8).Haul routes identified and complied with as per D.O.T.contract specifications. <br /> 9).Hours of operation shall be from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm,Monday thru Saturday. <br /> 10).Saturday operation may be required to provide a flag person on duty to direct traffic,said <br /> determination to be made by the town board. <br /> 11).Haul loads shall be tarped. <br /> 12).Conditions as so stated in letters dated 5/1/98 from Mr.Buglass and Mr.Burcalow agreeing to <br /> terminate CUP on completion of project. <br /> Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to amend condition as follows; <br /> 1). Permit valid August thru December 1, 1998. <br /> 2).Permit valid only for Highway projects(S.T.H. 69&92 and C.T.H.M)and will terminate at the <br /> completion of projects. carried 5 -0. <br />
