PETITION#7255 by Robert Jenkins to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-1 Rural Homes,and RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at 5374 Netherwood Road in part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 03,Town of Oregon. IN FAVOR: N.Jenkins OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC TOWN: Town has approved with conditions. Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve the petition with the following conditions as requested by the town; 1).That the driveway location be consistant with the wishes of the town. 2). That the proposed lot area remain the same but the configuration be changed from 300 ft.x 300 ft be changed to 200 ft.x 450 ft. Motion by Anderson/Hendrick to approve as amended; carried 5 -0. 16. PETITION#7256 by Severson Brothers Farms to change the zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to RH-1 Rural Homes on property located at 6660 County Highway A in part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 14,Town of Montrose. IN FAVOR: W. Severson OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC,DC HWY TOWN: Town has approved with no conditions. Motion by Cornwell/Anderson to approve; carried 5 -0. 17. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT# 1503 by Larry Burcalow to allow hot-mix asphalt plant for State Highways 69&92 highways project on property located at 1067 Storytown Road in part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town of Oregon. IN FAVOR: B. Wallace OPPOSED: None STAFF: RPC TOWN: Town has approved with conditions. Motion by Hendrick/Cornwell to approve the Conditional Use Permit with the following conditions as requested by the town; 1).Permit valid August thru October of 1998. 2). Permit valid only for Highway projects(S.T. H. 69&92)and will terminate at the completion of projects. 3)All other necessary governmental agency approvals shall will be obtained. 4)All county and town ordinances shall be adhered to. 5)Construction access road shall be paved. 6)Site will have tanks located within a containment area protected by an impervious membrane. 7).The only gravel used shall be from within the site. 8).Haul routes identified and complied with as per D.O.T.contract specifications. 9).Hours of operation shall be from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm,Monday thru Saturday. 10).Saturday operation may be required to provide a flag person on duty to direct traffic,said determination to be made by the town board. 11).Haul loads shall be tarped. 12).Conditions as so stated in letters dated 5/1/98 from Mr.Buglass and Mr.Burcalow agreeing to terminate CUP on completion of project. Motion by Anderson/Cornwell to amend condition as follows; 1). Permit valid August thru December 1, 1998. 2).Permit valid only for Highway projects(S.T.H. 69&92 and C.T.H.M)and will terminate at the completion of projects. carried 5 -0.
