c71 eh/A <br /> 33. 7272 Don Zeman(Richard Bannen, agent), Dane 14 <br /> A-1EX to M-1 <br /> Bannen proposes to buy 1.8 acres of Zeman's 145 acre farm. The rezone parcel is located <br /> at the intersection of CTH's P and V and realigned STH 113, about 1/4 mile West of the <br /> Village of Dane. 1.22 acres of this piece is a `remnant' non-conforming part of the SW <br /> SW of Section 14 -- that is, it was created by the road realignment, and requires rezoning <br /> and a CSM to become a legal parcel. The other 0.59 acres is"land already in use for <br /> highway purposes" -- perhaps excess road right-of-way which the State&/or County <br /> routinely deeds back to adjacent property owners after completion of a project. <br /> Bannen wishes to start a new"metal, structural, ornamental railing fabrication" <br /> business, and would also "be doing farm repair on farm equipment." He would have 5-10 <br /> employees. He plans to build a 90'x125' 2-bay fabrication shop with 21' clearance and <br /> room for offices; this would be connected to a 60'x100'+- storage addition. <br /> Soils: <br /> Uses: 80%Pasture, 20% Other (old road bed) <br /> 35. eve& Amy Sawatske, Primrose 7 <br /> A-1EX to and A-2(2) <br /> Separate farmhou d farm buildings, along with 17 acres, from the 192 afire farm. This <br /> parcel would be sold to an unrelated party. Sawatske's e- rezoning the 2 acres <br /> located between Old CTH JG and "new" CTH JG that this became an illegal <br /> parcel when it was separated from the rest a farm by the road change. By rezoning to <br /> A-2(2), it will be brought into zonyigrepliance, but it will remain part of the farm. (The <br /> Sawatske's are also trying l'the 2 acre piece plus their 173 acres as Ag <br /> land.) <br /> Note: An intermitt stream flows S to N along the W boundary o A-2 parcel, <br /> joining a pe al stream flowing W to E through the A-2(2) parcel to me a West <br /> Branch a Sugar River.
