DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7272 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dane. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the M-1 Industrial Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7272 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 14, thence N00°18'55"West, along the <br /> West line of said Section 14; 195.34 feet; thence N49°05'30"East, 95.21 feet; thence <br /> N22°26'41"East, 163.89 feet; thence N19°07'52"East, 85.29 feet; thence N13°47'52" <br /> West, 335.44 feet; thence N24°29'19"West, 209.75 feet; thence S00°18'55"East, 811.06 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> V)5 ' <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
