• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9519 <br /> mending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Springfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9519 <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21,Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the East <br /> quarter corner of said Section 21;thence West 1532 feet;thence North 490 feet to the point of beginning;thence <br /> West 134 feet; thence South 490 feet;thence West 66 feet;thence North 490 feet; thence West 30 feet; thence <br /> North 560 feet; thence N65°East 470 feet;thence South 570 feet; thence West 198 feet;thence South 165 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1) The existing residence must be converted into an accessory building within ninety (90) days of approval of the <br /> rezone by Dane County. Evidence that this condition is met shall be by the applicant obtaining a change of use <br /> permit from Dane County Zoning. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> ne above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
