DANE COUNTY ORMINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7217 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to oning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervi ors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described lan : <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7217 <br /> A part of the North 1/2 of the N rthwest 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cross Plains, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 33; thence <br /> East along the North line of said S 'on 1025 feet to the point of beginning; thence East <br /> 536 feet; thence South 610 feet; the ce N87°00'W 208 feet; thence N54°00'W 236 feet; <br /> thence N17°00'W 480 feet to the pc; t of beginning. <br /> CO 1TIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are in ended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and r rded.
