I am anticipating moving an existing <br /> structure currently located on Prairie Hill Road in the City of <br /> Madison to this site. This structure is the original farm house <br /> that had a second apartment added to it approximately 30 years <br /> ago. I have owned this structure since 1976 and have usually <br /> rented the unit as a duplex. <br /> I am requesting the rezoning so I can continue to use the <br /> structure as a two unit building. <br /> I intend to move the structure on to the site as soon as <br /> possible. I then intend to substantially remodel the exterior of <br /> the building to improve the appearance.
