March 4, 1999 <br /> Mr. Larry Sherven <br /> Clerk, Township of Primrose <br /> 620 County Trunk U <br /> Belleville, Wisconsin 53508 <br /> Dear Sir, <br /> Pursuant to actions taken by the Planning Board and Board of the Township of <br /> Primrose at the duly called and noticed meeting on March 3, 1999, regarding petition <br /> #7222 for rezoning of 19.9 Acres within the Township of Primrose from AG 1 to RE 1 <br /> for the purpose of using the land as a portion of a golf course, the undersigned make <br /> the following requested assurances: <br /> 1. That the properties so rezoned shall be used for fairway, rough, tee, green, <br /> and cart path areas as described within the original application. No residences or <br /> maintenance facilities shall be constructed within the Township of Primrose. <br /> 2. That the properties so rezoned shall be maintained in such condition as <br /> permits reconversion to agricultural usage. <br /> 3. That the properties so rezoned shall not be utilized for purposes other than <br /> golf course activities, under the RE 1 zoning, and that such restriction shall be defined <br /> by both deed restriction and by conditional use permit according to the regulations of <br /> Dane County and the State of Wisconsin. <br /> 4. That the deed restriction and conditional use permit shall apply to the <br /> principal investors enumerated below, prior to incorporation, and to the corporation <br /> formed by them for the purposes of establishing and operating a golf course and <br /> attendant facilities. <br /> 5. That the principal investors enumerated below and the corporation formed <br /> by them shall notify the Township of Primrose upon any action which causes the <br /> principal investors, or the corporation formed by them to cease operation of a golf <br /> course upon the properties identified within petition #7222. <br /> . That upon such notification of cessation of operation the principal investors <br /> enu rated below or the corporation formed by them shall apply for rezoning to such <br /> status (currently exclusive agriculture. as may be required by the land use plan and <br /> ordinance in force within the Towrkship of Primrose and Dane County at the time of <br /> such cessation of operation. 1 <br /> Arthur H.
