Members of this corporation are ex erienced in organizational development, strategic planning, marketing, budgeting, p rsonnel, insurance, and construction. Junior partners are trained in busines and landscape architecture. The resource knowledge, attitude, and skill base required to make a project of this nature work is present. Finally, because the current property owners to the north and the property owner immediately to the south a e committed to similar concerns for habitat and environment, as are we in the onstruction of the course, there is an unique opportunity to develop a cooperati ely managed "green space" preserve of several hundred acres on the border of Dan and Green Counties which will be accessible, at least in part, to the general public at no development expense to the counties or townships. A wise person once told me never to attribute to malice what can be credited to anxiety. I do not believe that Primrose planning and Township board people who were in opposition have acted with a meanness of spirit. I do believe, however, that their anxiety regarding the social order changes all around them diminishes their ability to be creative in seeing opportunities to preserve both the farm, as residentially undeveloped land, and the farmer. I trust that such creativity is present on the Dane Co. Planning committee. I agree with Mr. Standing th t you may wish to take some time to think this application through.
