Please note that the design for the eighteen <br /> hole course is not set in stone. That will substantially depend on our experience with <br /> the first nine, both economically and in terms of playability. It may be possible that we <br /> will have to use other portions of properties owned in Green Co which are not included <br /> in the current design, if experience dictates that there is too little space for the holes <br /> needed. The design as currently framed precludes any residential development. As <br /> we noted to both Primrose and Montrose townships, we would be very willing to deed <br /> restrict and restrict the use in other ways specific to the golf course to assure that <br /> proper use of the site is maintained. <br /> Please also note that since the course is designed as a family business, the <br /> income requirements are lower than if extensive numbers of individuals would be <br /> employed from the community. Green Co. gave us the conditional use permit only for <br /> our family corporation. It would not pass to any successor owner should we choose to <br /> sell or be forced to by economic factors. <br /> Hopefully this answers your questions.
