DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7228 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7228 <br /> A part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Cross Plains, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 1; thence <br /> N89°56'45'E along the E-W 1/4 line 1765.93 feet; thence North 453.43 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence North 300.00 feet; thence East 300.00 feet; thence South 300.00 feet; <br /> thence West 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ; C6 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
