DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7229 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7229 A part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 36; thence South 87°10'16"West, 1332.47 feet along the South line of the SW 1/4; thence North 02°38'31"West, 2933.10 feet along the East line of the W1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the East line of the W1/2 of the NW 1/4 to a point on the centerline of CTH KP; thence North 53°00'00"West, 194.79 feet along the centerline of CTH KP; thence South 02°38'31" East, 557.28 feet; thence North 87°21'29"East, 150.00 feet; thence North 02°38'31"West, 433.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED IED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
