DANE COUNTY O INANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7231 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to oning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervi rs does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be ended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District's <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7231 <br /> A part of the Southwest 1/4 of the ortheast 1/4 also a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br /> Northwest 1/4, all in Section 33, To of Primrose, described as follows: Beginning at <br /> the center of said Section 33;thence est along the E-W 1/4 line 80 feet to a point on the <br /> centerline of Primrose Road; thence I orthwesterly along said centerline 575 feet; thence <br /> East 620 feet;thence South 530 feet; thence West 380 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CO 11TIONAL ZONIN <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed . suant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezo ed area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER I I: D SURVEY RE 1 UIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are in'-nded to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and r= •rded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane Co , a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the ID ane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be n and void.
