DANE COUNTY O INANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7231 Amending Section 10.03 relating to oning Districts in the Town of Primrose. The Dane County Board of Supervi rs does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be ended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7231 A part of the Southwest 1/4 of the ortheast 1/4 also a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section 33, To of Primrose, described as follows: Beginning at the center of said Section 33;thence est along the E-W 1/4 line 80 feet to a point on the centerline of Primrose Road; thence I orthwesterly along said centerline 575 feet; thence East 620 feet;thence South 530 feet; thence West 380 feet to the point of beginning. CO 11TIONAL ZONIN Conditional zoning is hereby imposed . suant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezo ed area shall be subject to the following conditions. CER I I: D SURVEY RE 1 UIRED The above listed description's is/are in'-nded to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and r= •rded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane Co , a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the ID ane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be n and void.
