Enclosed is a legal description of <br /> the land, a drawing of the proposed site, and the soil classifications of the area, all of which <br /> were prepared by Williamson Survey in Waunakee. Also included is a check for $165.00 to <br /> cover the filing fee. <br /> The tax parcel number of the larger parcel is 33-0809-291-8100-8. <br /> The purpose of rezoning this area is to allow us to build a home on this site. It is part of <br /> approximately forty acres of farmland owned by Lori's mother Darlene Shillinglaw who has <br /> offered this area to us for the purpose of building. At this time we are hoping to begin <br /> building by the end of this summer and move in by fall. <br /> The intended site is located on the corfner of Hwy. K and Shilling Lane. There are currently <br /> residences on Shilling Lane on the op •osite side of our site. Our driveway would come off <br /> of Shilling Lane. <br /> We are at the beginning stages of this(project, so please feel free to call with any questions, <br /> suggestions, or concerns you may have.
