DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7232 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Westport. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts <br /> the following described land: . <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7232 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Westport, to- <br /> wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 29; thence West 230 feet; <br /> thence South 230 feet to the Southerly right-of-way of CTH K and the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continue South along the Westerly right-of-way Shillinglaw Road 200 feet; thence <br /> West 220 feet; thence North 250 feet;thence East 220 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That there be a delayed effective date and that area be in compliance with the Westport Land Division <br /> Ordinance and to impose a deed restriction that there be no further land divisions on parcels 0809-291- <br /> 8100,0809-291-8500,0809-291-9000,and parcel 0809-291-9520. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well i owne f <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
