01 April, 1998 <br /> In February 1998, my wife ( Julie A. ) , and myself (William E. <br /> Kortte) , made an offer to p rchase, on an Eighty ( 80) acre parcel <br /> located in the Township of •outland, and closed on the property on <br /> 01 April, 1998. <br /> It is our intention to build a house on the property, and farm <br /> the remainder. It will be ecessary to re-zone three acres from <br /> exclusive Agriculture to Ru' al Housing to be allowed to build a <br /> single family ranch style h me. <br /> Due to the enormous cost of the land, it has become necessary to <br /> split off and change zonin•, on a Fifteen and one tenth ( 15. 10 ) <br /> acre parcel . This parcel sill be marketed for a single family <br /> residence, in an effort t• maintain the remaining acreage for <br /> ourselves . <br /> The current time schedule for building our own home will be <br /> determined by the time it t.kes to get all proper approvals, and <br /> sell our current residence. It is our goal to build during the <br /> calendar year of 1998.
