DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7234 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District's <br /> Agricultural and RH-3 Rural Homes District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7234 <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and a part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in <br /> Section 35, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner said Section 35; thence North <br /> along the West line said Northwest quarter, 720 feet+ to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing North along said line, 600 feet+ to the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4 <br /> NW1/4; thence East along the North line said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 1140 feet±; thence North, <br /> 140 feet± to the centerline of Old Stage Road; thence Southeasterly along said centerline, <br /> 67 feet ±; thence South, 150 feet±; thence West, 650 feet±; thence South, 534 feet±; <br /> thence West, 550 feet±to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> e survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
