• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7235 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7235 <br /> Part of the Government Lot#2 located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of <br /> Dunn described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #7 of said Second <br /> Addition toWaubesa Beach; thence N85°40'30" East, 411.41 feet to the West line of <br /> Gannon Street, thence N89°35'00" East, 50.30 feet to the East Line of Gannon Street; <br /> thence along a curve to the right with a cnetral angle of 41°39'57", radius of 624.18 feet <br /> and a chord bearing S14°32'50" West, 443.97 feet; thence N86°20'00" West along the <br /> North line of Lot #9, 340.74 feet to the West line of Lot 8; thence N01°22'00" West <br /> along the West line of asid Plat 376.67 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> (1 \ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin)State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
