DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7235 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amendled to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7235 Part of the Government Lot#2 located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Dunn described as follows: Be&ning at the Northwest corner of Lot #7 of said Second Addition toWaubesa Beach; thence N85°40'30" East, 411.41 feet to the West line of Gannon Street, thence N89°35'00" t, 50.30 feet to the F-%st Line of Gannon Street; thence along a curve to the right with a cnetral angle of 41°39'57", radius of 624.18 feet and a chord bearing S14°32'50" Wet, 443.97 feet; thence N86°20'00" West along the North line of Lot #9, 340.74 feet tc the West line of Lot 8; thence NO1°22'00" West along the West line of asid Plat 376.6'feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed ppusuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERI'llFIl D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane Coup , a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be nuli and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: • 1.Prohibit the keeping of livestock on the redone area.
