DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7168 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial, A-1 Agriculture, and A-B Agriculture-Business District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7168 TO A-1: Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township of Burke, described as follows: Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 24; thence S87°47'10"W, 1031.00 feet along the south line of the Southwest 1/4; thence continuing S87°47'10"W, 336.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S87°47'10"W, 30.00 feet; thence N01°02'30"W, 319.34 feet; thence N81°19'04"E, 30.26 feet; thence S01°02'30"E, 322.75 feet to the point of beginning.
