LETTER OF INTENT TO REZONE LANDS IN DANE COUNTY <br /> Al t. <br /> These lands (25.18 acres) are projected to be used for a business park or small industrial park, <br /> within the limits of C2 zoning. The lands are shown as Lots 1 - 9 on a concept plan. They <br /> propose to be sold off by the owner. <br /> The land currently is zoned A 1 and has been used as crop land and fallow land. <br /> The existing soils are as follows: Dodge (DnB) 5%, Troxel (TrB) 5%, Dresden (DsB) 10%; <br /> Radford(RaA) 20%; Kegonsa(KeB) 30%; and Dresden (DsC2) 30%. <br /> ar .711 <br /> The land will begin to be developed immediately following rezone acceptance. <br /> A to Al <br /> These lands (0.22 acres) were previously rezoned "AB" as part of zoning petition 5737. <br /> However the projected future use of this property is for residential use only. Currently the owner <br /> lives on land adjacent to this zoning parcel. The remainder of the lands lying within a future lot <br /> containing this parcel are currently zoned Al. It was deemed prudent to adjust the zoning at this <br /> time so that any future lot is zoned entirely Al. <br /> The existing soils are as follows: Radford(RaA) 30%, Dodge (DnC2) 20%, and Dodge (DnB) <br /> 50%. <br /> A timetable for development of this future lot is not set, but is intended to be used for residential <br /> use. <br /> Al to AB <br /> These lands (2.17 acres) are adjacent to lands previously rezoned as AB as part of zoning <br /> petition 5066. The future lot configuration, per a concept plan, differs from the rezone <br /> configuration, and it was deemed a prudent"housekeeping"measure at this time to rezone the <br /> remainder of the future lot AB also. The owner intends at this time to retain this lot. <br /> The existing soils are as follows: Dodge (DnB) 60%; Dodge (DnC2) 20%; and Radford(RaA) <br /> 20%. <br />
