No one appeared in favor of or <br /> opposed to the proposed rezoning. <br /> Supervisor Mueller moved, seconded'by Supervisor Breunig, to close the Public Hearing at <br /> 8:55 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> Supervisor Mueller moved, seconded,by Supervisor Breunig, to approve the rezoning subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> -The building is not to be used for human habitation purposes. <br /> -The building is not to be used for business or commercial purposes. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
