Since I wish to put up a <br /> two story structure, and t e limit in Al is 16 ' , I am applying <br /> for a rezoning to Rh3, whi h would permit me to put up this <br /> taller structure. <br /> I wish to build a two story garage with a basement and studio <br /> loft on my property on County Highway M in the town of Middleton, <br /> Wisconsin. It would measure 26 ' x 32 ' x 28' tall, have a <br /> basement, a 2 car garage, and a loft for a total of approximately <br /> 2400 square feet. Estimated cost of this project is <br /> approximately $35, 000-$45, 0,,00. <br /> At the present time my hou e, including the sandstone basement, <br /> measures a total of 3132 s uare feet. First floor measures <br /> 1230 square feet, second f oor 825 square feet and basement, <br /> 1077 square feet. In addi ion I have a pole barn measuring <br /> 24 ' x 30 ' which is 720 squ re feet.
