As part of the approval process',Nextel appeared before the Medina Town Board on <br /> May 26th to discuss the proposed teleco4nmunications tower site and to obtain a <br /> recommendation from the Town Board for this proposal. The property on which the proposed <br /> site was to be placed is zoned C-2 (Commercial),however it is bordered by two residential <br /> subdivisions. Many residents from the suubdivisions appeared at the Town Board meeting to <br /> voice their objection to the proposed site.
